The Service was very relaxing because the hairdresser does an excellent Shampoo finished of with a lovely head massage included. My blow dry was finished very well as I have Afro hair most salons say they cannot do my hair. My hair had a nice smooth finished outcome.

Anarika is a sweetheart and very talented. I flew in to Heathrow for an awards event and I hadn’t a clue what I wanted to do with my hair. Anarika wasn’t afraid to try different styles and it turned out absolutely amazing I would definitely use Anarika again when I’m back in the future.

Absolutely fantastic service as usual!!! Kayleigh got my hair colour exactly as I wanted. The detangle and blow out was perfect with my tender head (Shem thank you!). The braid down was exactly what I asked for. Thank you so much ladies x

After bouncing from one salon to the next for a few years it feels really good to find a home at Tropics to get my retouch relaxers, cuts and colours done. Kayleigh has been amazing. She's so understanding and doesn’t take offence on any feedback I give. She is truly talented and always does what's best for my hair. She bastes my hair properly before relaxers so it doesn’t burn. The staff are also amazing, they get on really well and there's always great conversation and laughs. I always feel at home whenever I go. I would highly recommend Tropics.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Diana for a haircut and style, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. Her attention to detail is impeccable. Diana took the time to really listen to what I wanted and even offered thoughtful suggestions on how to enhance the look I was going for. I booked an apt with Diane for highlights with cut and blow dry. I was seen straight away, she made sure I was ok and suggested a different colour. She is always friendly and outgoing and I love the way she cuts my hair making sure im ok with what she’s doing. Lily took the foils off and gave a lovely wash. Very pleased as always with my cut and dry. Melanie always discusses with me styling etc and this time I had an idea about what I wanted and she cut my hair in the style I'd chosen .my hair is naturally curly and doesn't always behave the way I want it to but Melanie understands the best way to sort it out and recommended products to use .highly recommend.

Kayleigh did a great job cleaning up my layers which were quite choppy from my last hairdresser. She consulted me thoroughly and explained what we would need to do for me to like the haircut from both the front and the back. The wash was relaxing and the bouncy blow dry looked amazing. She worked with a lot of attention to detail and speed. I only felt that the end of my appointment was a little rushed - when it came to trimming my bangs I felt it was a bit less careful and precise. With that being said, I appreciate that it was her first day back after being off sick, so I understand.

Barbara was fantastic. She gave me brilliant advice when I went for a consultation the other day. When I booked in with her to have my rather long, curly dry hair cut today, she has given my hair (and me) a new lease of life. Barbara is definitely not scissor happy and I felt in the hands of a total pro. About 6 inches (if not more) were cut off in the end and I now have my bouncing curls back. Barbara comes highly recommended by me. Massive thanks 💜
