The best haircut of my life. Absolutely brilliant. The salon itself is 5-star in terms of cleanliness, modern equipment, and an extremely high level of customer service. I had my haircut done by Svetlana Liuba, who is the most professional hairstylist I have ever met in London.

incredible blow dry... I think best I had in London (and I had had it in a few places. Lua is very experienced, she very quickly found right products and used the right technique for my hair giving me all the volume and lasting curls I was after. I will be definitely coming back -great place, friendly, relaxing atmosphere and real styling skills!

Kitty was so kind and professional. The manicure, pedicure, eyebrow and ear waxing that she did were all very well done and I enjoyed the services. I would highly recommend her services and will definitely visit the salon again for services next time I'm in London.

Truly the best salon in South East London! This was my second visit and Tereze completely knew what I was wanted and my highlights and cut are the best I’ve ever had. Could not recommend the salon enough.

After many disappointing trips to various different hairdressers in SE London, Hermine really took care of my hair today, and I am truly grateful. I have stubborn grey roots that can be challenging to touch up correctly, but she persisted and she checked in with me every step of the way, ensuring that I left the salon feeling happy. I can be quite critical in life, I suspect it’s probably because I have high expectations! But whenever I come to The Box you always not only meet my expectations but you go above and beyond, this could be one of my favourite haircuts I’ve ever had!!
