What an absolutely fantastic birthday party for my daughters 11th birthday. All children thoroughly enjoyed being pampered. Staff were amazing, so friendly and. Chatty, made all the girls relaxed and comfortable. They had manicure, pedicure, make up, hair and beads to make bracelets while they waited. Along with cute drinks and sweets to nibble on. I am so pleased I booked this party for my daughter. Thank you to everyone at Bella Rose xx

This was my third visit I think and remains a 5* rating from me. It's a real community hair salon where people of all ages come together and share life experience whilst having a great self-care experience having their hair, nails etc done. Whilst I was there a 92 young lady with dementia came in with her daughter. Treated with absolute respect and patience by the team. Gemma did my hair perfectly as always!

Ms Sylvia always provides a stellar service and I always leave feeling like I’ve glowed all the way up! Accomplished and accommodating, and provides an absolutely decadent cup of hot chocolate. I would gladly recommend House of Plush to any self respecting lady who’s serious about her hair and who prefer to treatments in a welcoming and family oriented environment.

Courtney and staff are always very welcoming and friendly, she listens to what you say/ want in regards to your hair. Prices are very reasonable too. I love the look inside the salon too (including the back massage chair).

I was nervous about visiting a hairdresser in England, but RAW Hair Salon exceeded my expectations. My stylist was kind, attentive, and communicated well despite my limited English. She gave me the exact haircut I wanted. I loved the option for a silent service, which made me feel comfortable as a shy person. The atmosphere was friendly and relaxing. Return visit! Showed Gemma a picture and she made it work for me. The beauty of this salon is they will explain everything, step my step. If something isn't going to suit you (or more importantly your hair) they will tell you but come up with an idea to give you what you want. I'm really happy - what I have is better than the picture I took in!!!!

My experience today was absolutely lovely. I was looked after a very well. I also had my son with me and he was well looked after even though he wasn’t getting his hair done lol. I would highly recommend anyone to The house of Plush to get their hair done every single staff in the hair salon is super sweet 10 out of 10 service and I will definitely be going back. x

Mel and Cassia are incredibly friendly and welcoming.. mum feels extremely comfortable there, customer service is fantastic exactly how a salon should be. Recommend to everyone in Bromley and outside of Bromley.

I would definitely recommend Maisie for a blow dry. I've had her style my hair for events, as well as when I just can't be bothered to wash my hair(!). Regardless, I always leave feeling great!
