Another balayage and haircut done yesterday, and my hair looks better, healthier, and more beautiful every single time I visit Izabella's salon. Izabella is incredibly talented and truly gifted at what she does. Her whole team is amazing, the iced coffee was delicious, and the salon itself is always immaculate and welcoming. 10/10 — I would recommend her to anyone in London looking for stunning, healthy hair. I'm absolutely obsessed with mine! 😉🤗

I am in love with my hair!!!! The team are all so knowledgable and personable. I’ve been worried about hair fall and breakage since moving to london and having hard water, but they are so good! They recommended how I should be looking after my hair and were able to tell me what I needed to do to get my hair healthy and blonde at the same time. The best balayage i’ve had in london - I travel an hour for this!

I always look forward to my haircuts and I know I’m in amazing hands with Claire! I find my time to be so enjoyable and I feel truly stunning. I don’t ever worry when Claire takes over and transforms my hair into its best version yet each and every time. It was a really great experience. He was very friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! Bridget was amazing! She explained everything she was doing, which really helped me feel relaxed and comfortable throughout. My hair turned out awesome and I’ve had so many compliments! Bridget styled my hair for a special occasion, I was celebrating my birthday at Ascot. Thanks to Bridget, I truly felt special. I love coming to Roberta. You can see that she’s got 20 years of experience. What I like the most is that she can intuitively feel what suits you and then does it well. I came for a treatment and blow dry this time and I’m happy.

I had the best haircut I’ve ever had with Claudio today! I don’t normally wear my hair down but I love it so much now that I absolutely will! Claudio was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to teach me about the best products, styling techniques and possibilities for my hair. The whole experience felt personal, thoughtful and genuinely educational. I left feeling more confident, excited about my curls and much better equipped to care for them at home. I couldn’t recommend Claudio highly enough, he is truly exceptional. I cannot wait to return and see what we try next time 😊

First time I visited this salon and from the moment I arrived, until I left, I had a great experience. I only did wash ans blow dry but the blow dry of wavy curls was amazing. I left the salon feeling like a celebrity:). Will be going again and booking other things! Eva was very nice and friendly!

Great find for a newcomer to London. Convenient location offering wide variety of services with experienced and friendly staff. Have had some wonderful facials and brow/ lash treatments here with Sophia and Ibtissam. The clinic is very tidy and hygienic and these give me added trust in the place.
