While the quality of the service itself was good, I was very disappointed by the lack of pricing transparency. I booked through Fresha and received a confirmation for a specific total. However, after the service was completed, I was charged double the amount stated in my booking. I wasn't informed of any price increase upon arrival or during the appointment. When I raised the issue, there was no apology or explanation—I was simply expected to pay the difference. It’s unfair to misrepresent prices online, and I hope the management updates Fresha to avoid misleading future clients.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I had to do this… My service was amazing, I did the Royal Hammam and I got a deep tissue massage afterwards both treatments were 10/10! The therapist that handled my treatment was so professional and paid attention to detail. My skin felt soooo soft after the Hammam, I recommend it 100% I’m already looking forward to my next session ☺️ keep up the good work Mud-spa👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

I absolutely appreciate how professional and nice the staff are. From stepping into the spa to during and after my massage. During the massage session, I liked how the masseuse always asked about my comfort and made sure to adjust if I wasn’t comfortable 😊. I’ll make sure to go back soon to try other services!

My masseuse was very professional and gave me a very relaxing massage. So relaxing that I dozed off and she was gracious enough to not wake me. Lol. I would go back over and over for that experience. We all know how stressful Lagos traffic can be.

Judith & Oyin were amazing for our harmony flow couples massage. I had Judith working on me and she applied great pressure during, nice and firm like I needed. The spa itself was beautiful too, very clean and the service was great, we were even able to stay and have a relaxing tea after our treatment. An all round great experience, highly recommend!

Everything about my appointment was great! My Therapist was a pleasure - Nadira, she was very pleasant and soft on the hands. This was my first time waxing and my anxiety walked right out the door after my conversation with Blessing (manager of the spa), I was at ease from then and through my session. Overall, glad I went with my gut. Would be back

I used the numbing cream. My wax lady was nice and polite. The pain from waxing was not too bad. However, my spa specialist/wax lady did not rip off the strips at once. She first tries to pry it open then rips it. That made me anticipate the pain, unlike when the pull it off abruptly so you are able to bear the pain better. Also I like when they add a personal touch and try to gist with you at least. Overall it was good. I woud give it a 5 but for these minor issues.

I had a consultation for lipo cavitation therapy and the experience was great. The doctor was very transparent, answered all my questions clearly, and made me feel comfortable about the process. I left feeling informed and confident about moving forward with the treatment. I can’t wait to start my treatment 😊

I had the Sea C Facial and body massage. It was a beautiful experience. From the reception to the service from the Spa specialist, it was truly comfortable and I look forward to another.

The services ( scrub and massage) were great but the Spa environment should smell like better. Especially the scrub room (maybe Eucalyptus scent and a soft pad for the marble table) I didn't get the pampered feeling of being in a spa. The staff were nice and friendly and the gift was a nice touch. I will return for the massage from Godiva.( think that was her name )

The team were excellent. I had a really invigorating spa treatment as a birthday treat to myself and they surprised me with a birthday cake and song.
