Cheryl is......don't know how to really explain it. Because other words can't accurately explain how amazing she is. My hair has never been in this good condition in years. Givesexcellent advice on what you want and what you should actually do. Coming to the studio is highlight excuse the pun of my month. Your studio isn't like others rather it feels like home. Groups of female friends getting together to skinner or more polite terms. We creatively converse.

I had such a great experience at Jem 3-Arts. The team was really friendly, and even though they were running a bit behind, they offered me a complimentary hair treatment, which I really appreciated. The service was excellent — I felt so relaxed during my wash. Honestly, one of the best salon experiences I’ve had in Cape Town, and so affordable too. I’ll definitely be back!

Had highlights previously put in round January for my birthday and because I have always loved the colour red on hair, I had to have Nicole try and see... and after her going through the red... she found the prefect shad which I am in love with ... she knew just what I need and how... love it

I love the way my highlights came out. Yolanda did a great job!

My nails are great, the nail artist did a great job. My only critique is the music. It’s a terrible play list (of course tastes differ) and it would be very welcome to come into an establishment that plays South African music. Not only to support local artists but also to create a more South African welcoming atmosphere. I came with friends visiting from Germany and they say they love Cape Town but would like more local music to be played. My take is with so many young/hip people working in the space it would make sense for them to create a playlist that is hipper and more relaxing for all.

Cheryl is a wonderful hairdresser and I've been going to her for my lowlight foils and cut for a few years now. The owner always pops by for a nice chat too. Highly recommend!

Did a Hollywood wax - super quick and pain free. My second time doing it here and barely had any ingrows. Recently did my T-panel and face framing highlights, was super affordable and I’ve been getting so many compliments. My hair is very fine and there’s been no breakage afterwards and it’s been about 3 weeks now. Hair in a good condition not dry at all
