Everything about my appointment was great! My Therapist was a pleasure - Nadira, she was very pleasant and soft on the hands. This was my first time waxing and my anxiety walked right out the door after my conversation with Blessing (manager of the spa), I was at ease from then and through my session. Overall, glad I went with my gut. Would be back

The spa has a lovely, calming atmosphere, but its location between two slightly rundown buildings diminishes the initial impression. Despite my initial hesitation, I found the facial treatment and massage to be extremely relaxing. I particularly appreciated the pedicure setup downstairs, and the staff were friendly. However, I suggest enhancing the welcome experience with drinks or snacks to create a more relaxing vibe from the moment guests arrive.

No bad days with Ozana. A huge fan of her brand and work ethics. She gives the best massages during facials and the best professional skincare advice too. She’s gentle with her extractions and never gets tired of saying sorry and making me feel comfortable.

When my card declined at payment, I was given time to relax and resolve the issue, which I appreciated. After my treatments, I was able to rest for a while before starting my journey back home. I had an amazing experience at my session! Although it was a bit tricky finding the exact address on the street, the team was very helpful in guiding me. During facials, I usually experience a lot of pain and sensitivity, but at Skin&Beyond, the treatment was so gentle and soothing that I actually ended up falling asleep. Ozana was incredibly skilled and precise with her technique, showing great care all through. The ambiance was good, soothing scents, and everything from the towels to the sheet was clean and pristine. I also got complimentary products. i look forward to visiting again

My experience was very satisfactory, a 10/10. The head aesthetician is very knowledgeable and professional. She took her time and made me comfortable while I got my facials done, explaining every process. Then I got complementary foot and arm massages that was soooo good I slept off.
