Otu (head beautician) is literally the best. She makes sure you are comfortable at all times and explains each step before proceeding. I also love the fact that she’s a perfectionist just as I am. So my overall experience was just perfect.

Excellent service, Clean space, Aesthetically pleasing, Prioritises customers comfort, Pleasant and Professional Staff members. Their hair/scalp treatments are super soothing and relaxes the body as a whole. Owner pays particular attention to customer hair requirements and has an array of products available to ensure the right product is used for the right purpose. The level of skills and expertise demonstrated is exceptional and worth paying for. At a super affordable rate, this is the must go to beauty spot on the Mainland if not the whole of Lagos.

As someone that has never walked away with a smile after getting her makeup done, this was a totally different experience. I loved everything about my makeup. It suit my face perfectly, was subtle and most importantly I still looked like MYSELF!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a lovely experience! The atmosphere was relaxing, the staff were welcoming, and my massage was amazing. What stood out to me the most was how professional and respectful my massage therapist (joy) was. She made me feel comfortable throughout the entire session and was very mindful in the way she handled every part of the massage. She checked in when needed and handled everything with care and professionalism. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this spa and will be coming back!

Patience was nice, gentle and courteous while making my hair. One of the things I like most about Nature Strands is that the stylists don't gossip about customers or beg for tips which is something rampant in Abuja salons and quite off putting.

This was the best hair experience I have had in 30 years. No exaggeration. To the welcoming, the styling, the advice and the intentionality in the salon: wifi, netflix, even a bed. Lexie made it feels like home. I did not see time pass and she sure knows her stuff. She is an expert. She recommended a different style than the one I came in for and it was sure a better fit. 10/10 recommend.

2023-My hair is thriving!. I've been to many natural hair salons in Lagos over the years. However, KLS has been where the most consistent gentle care is taken with my 3b/3c/4a texture. Their stylists have advised on the best treatment options dependent on what my hair needed or lacked on bi-monthly visits. Products are only recommended if I needed them, never forced in order to make a sale. When they didn't have the products best suited for my texture, they recommend brands they do not stock. Their proffesionalism, and care is what makes them my go to natural hair salon in Lagos.
