If you are looking for a spa whether it be nails or hair removal, this is the place to book. Customer service top tier and all the staff are genuinely pleasant and don't bring their personal day even if bad to work, not that I've seen or ever experience. I loved every visit and I will be back again.

This was my 1st sugaring experience and it was great, my sugarist was gentle and informative as she kept me informed of what she was doing and what I should expect, there was a slight discomfort when the sugary paste was being applied, however removing it was a breeze, even though I was told to expect a pinching like sensation, I don't know if it was the Netflix, the comfy massage table, the coolness of the room from the ac,the fluent conversation which we had or if she's just that talented but I do know I walked in smiling and hairy and walked out smiling bigger and hairless! #my1stmanzilian

Torie, Derrica and Chauntel made sure without a doubt that I was comfortable and made my spa day a relaxing experience. It was my first time being waxed and Derrica was a sweetheart with helping me to be relaxed and stay calm. Chantel was so soothing with her hands during my pedicure that I fell asleep. LOL. It was way easier and painless to waxing. However, what made is also great was the young lady that conducted the sugaring. She was nice and explained what she was doing every step of the way. Great customer skills. Very pleasant. Loved it and the end results. Cannot wait to return again.

Nicole is excellent. Professional, customer oriented, friendly, a real joy to spend time with. My first Brazilian sugaring took only 35 min. She was patient yet efficient.

Booked two separate appointments for two separate days, Kesha was kind enough to merge those two into one day for me. I must say she was sweet throughout all of the services in particular the Brazilian Sugar Wax. She made me feel extremely comfortable throughout. She always made sure I was okay while I was at her place, she even checks up postservices. Will definitely be revisiting. Thank you Kesha!
