Shenice is amazing! I am so glad I choose The Sugar and Skin Lab it was a super pleasant and custom experience. Shenice really knows what she is doing and she is very hygienic. Anyone who has had sugaring done before knows that it can be very painful. This was the least painful experience I have had with sugaring and the mask and steam she does afterwards helps as well. 10/10

Sugaring is no walk in the park but Rhea makes me very comfortable and happy. The booking process is simple. Rhea provides details before hand in preparation for the service. She is readily available to answer any questions. Her studio is very cozy and clean and her warm and gentle voice is very therapeutic for me. If you are looking for a spa whether it be nails or hair removal, this is the place to book. Customer service top tier and all the staff are genuinely pleasant and don't bring their personal day even if bad to work, not that I've seen or ever experience. I loved every visit and I will be back again.

Ihad such a wonderful experience at this salon I went in to get a facial wax and my toenails done, and from start to finish the service was amazing. The staff were incredibly gentle and attentive, which made the waxing process much more comfortable than I expected. They also took the time to share a lot of helpful information about skincare, explaining what products and routines would work best for my skin. I really appreciated how knowledgeable and patient they were. The entire experience felt very professional and well-organized, and the environment was clean and relaxing. I’ll def be back.

Shenice was sweet and engaging, the treatment facilities were stylish, clean and inviting. The process itself was more painful than I’ve had in the past, but it was also over much more quickly than in the past, and Shenice was very thorough and gentle as possible. The vaj mask and steam treatment after the sugaring was quite lovely. Seven hours later I have absolutely no residual stinging or tenderness like I’ve had in the past, and I imagine it’s actually because she went quickly and confidently so as to not have to go over any areas multiple times. I’ll definitely be returning!

Perfect massage to ease my back and neck fatigue.

Brazilian sugaring maintenance and stomach strip was all quickly yet nicely done in half hour. Kaylona was engaging as usual but still made sure to do a pleasant job. My 3rd visit and has been a great experience and result each time.

Ghea is amazing! I’ve been going to her for over a year now (for brazilians/ sugaring) and my only regret is that I wish I had gone to her sooner. She is very professional, knowledgeable, thorough in her work, and runs a very clean place.

Makayla was energetic and friendly. She shows care to the client and strives to provide a great service. We looked over the areas waxed for anything that needed touch up and she was accommodating of that. I did leave with minor leftover wax on the skin. She is very open to meeting the client preference but wax seems to be her proficiency over sugaring.
