Akelia was very friendly and accommodating. She made sure to check in at intervals to ensure that I was okay. Overall I loved my experience.

My experience at All about you the spa is always a great one, the staff is very nice and knowledgeable in their different fields, and I love the ambience as well. Had a deep tissue massage today with Cassandra Forde and I felt sooo much relief when she was doing my neck, shoulders, lower back and my calves, I felt the tight spots released 😅. I would recommend anyone to visit the spa, they wouldn't regret it at all. 👍👍

Outside of the aromatic oils and ambience being pleasing to my senses, my masseuse was top tier! I felt so revived after not only the massage but the stretching of my arms, hands, fingers, feet and toes. I was so happy at one point I started to smile during my session because I felt like the pressure and weight had been lifted off of my body. My masseuse is definitely gifted and I would 100% recommend to anyone else.

The staff was quite professional. I booked some services for my mother for Mother's Day not realizing that Barbados was locked down on Sundays. The staff reached out to my mum and informed her of the need to give her an earlier appointment at her convenience. I am so touched by this. After my mum got home, she called me to show off her treatments. She was well pleased with her eyebrows and the foot and hand massages. Needless to say, she will be back. Thank you guys for making this Mother's Day special for my mum!

We had the couples massage and it was one of the best experiences we have had in a long time. Both therapists were very personable and appeared to be knowledgeable about performing the massages that met our needs. I will definitely be visiting Karma Spa when I return to Barbados.❤️

My pedicure was excellent, mostly enjoyed the scrub and foot massage given. My feet feel like I'm walking on air. As for my nails.... The accent nails given are magnificent n I'm in love with my green gel polish....... Will definitely be going back.

It was wonderful and relaxing and I would recommend their services to one and all. It's so hard to find a service that has the full package. The ladies understands customer service and the Swedish massage was divine I felt like I had an out of body experience, I then proceeded to get a pedicure and my feet wanted to stay there, it was that good and lastly I topped it off with a manicure and that just done it up. I was so please and happy with everything. Thank you I will be back

Had my monthly swedish massage and facial and again was treated like royalty by Kesha. She spent quite a lot of time dealing with my right shoulder which has been sore for a while and by the time she was finished I was able to move the arm a lot more. The service was exceptional.

I book the leg & feet massage along with a classic pedicure for my work Colleague. Her service was done by Shereena and it was indeed a great and rewarding experience for her. She expressed to me how amazing it felt, so warm and refreshing. It definitely created a longlasting effect on her. Shereena was extremely professional, warm and welcoming. She did an amazing job with the classic pedicure, took time and effort regarding every detail in carrying out the process. The prep for each service was on point. Masseuses and other staff were all as wonderful as in the past. However, the new policy of only having two masseuses available should be reconsidered. In the past we enjoyed being able to do a couple's massage and an individual massage at the same start and end times, so that there isn't extensive waiting around. Even if new owners/management save money by not keeping more than two masseuses on permanent staff, they should have a way of keeping masseuses on call as needed.

I had Nakita as both my massage therapist and for my pedicure. Her service was excellent and she knew how to navigate my very tricky and ridiculously sensitive back so that i could actually enjoy my massage. She worked out the knots and made sure I was comfortable through out. In terms if my pedicure, again she did an excellent job. My feet look pretty again! Very friendly! The spa facilities were clean spacious and had the perfect ambiance! Amazing value for money in an overall very impressive hotel.

My experience was good and God willing I will be back. Just one thing to note. I think the order in which things were done could have been different and the experience should have started with the neck and shoulder massage first to get the client relaxed as well as I thought the with the massage I would have been lying on my stomach. Then, it should continue with the brow wax and then the lashes. However, overall it was a lovely experience and Derica is very knowledgable and understanding.
