She is readily available to answer any questions. Her studio is very cozy and clean and her warm and gentle voice is very therapeutic for me. I would highly recommend this service, especially for first time clients. Shenice is amazing! I am so glad I choose The Sugar and Skin Lab it was a super pleasant and custom experience. Shenice really knows what she is doing and she is very hygienic. Anyone who has had sugaring done before knows that it can be very painful. This was the least painful experience I have had with sugaring and the mask and steam she does afterwards helps as well. 10/10

I had a great experience and Makayla is a wonderful technician! I was fine with "good enough" and she wouldn't hear of it. We sat in front of the mirror with a pair of tweezers and attacked each hair one by one until my eyebrows were the best they've ever been. Will definitely return again and again.
