Shenice is amazing! I am so glad I choose The Sugar and Skin Lab it was a super pleasant and custom experience. Shenice really knows what she is doing and she is very hygienic. Anyone who has had sugaring done before knows that it can be very painful. This was the least painful experience I have had with sugaring and the mask and steam she does afterwards helps as well. 10/10

Shenice was sweet and engaging, the treatment facilities were stylish, clean and inviting. The process itself was more painful than I’ve had in the past, but it was also over much more quickly than in the past, and Shenice was very thorough and gentle as possible. The vaj mask and steam treatment after the sugaring was quite lovely. Seven hours later I have absolutely no residual stinging or tenderness like I’ve had in the past, and I imagine it’s actually because she went quickly and confidently so as to not have to go over any areas multiple times. I’ll definitely be returning!

Professional, very inviting surroundings. It’s my go to for sugaring. Tatiana’s service is by far the best I have had for pedicures, legs, bikini, Brazilian and under arm. The price point is very affordable. This is spoiling yourself on steroids! A must try service. ❤️

Makayla was energetic and friendly. She shows care to the client and strives to provide a great service. We looked over the areas waxed for anything that needed touch up and she was accommodating of that. I did leave with minor leftover wax on the skin. She is very open to meeting the client preference but wax seems to be her proficiency over sugaring.

I had a manicure, pedicure, sugaring (under arm and Brazilian) Christina did all services - she was pleasant, gentle. I am not someone who wears nail polish I told her I have a special event but didn't know what color to choose, I showed her my dress and she assisted me with choosing a color. She answered all my questions about the services. She is very patient and professional. I will be a repeat customer and I want to be assigned to her. The other staff were also friendly and professional. I like the atmosphere. Chakra Spa is my new favorite spa. Love the products. Christian is awesome!
