She is readily available to answer any questions. Her studio is very cozy and clean and her warm and gentle voice is very therapeutic for me. If you are looking for a spa whether it be nails or hair removal, this is the place to book. Customer service top tier and all the staff are genuinely pleasant and don't bring their personal day even if bad to work, not that I've seen or ever experience. I would highly recommend this service, especially for first time clients.
