I had a sports massage which I highly recommend for easing the tightness in the muscles etc. he consistently checks that your feeling ok is very professional and certainly puts you at ease. I have been for a sports massage and I would fully recommend this with Luke. I feel that it was really worth while, also Luke is very knowledgeable with all that he does and very professional. I would certainly book other treatments with him.

Booked a hot stone sports massage with Luke on a recommendation from a friend .. injured my shoulder about a month ago and just ignored it … so my shoulder was disappointed walking in - but certainly wasn’t walking out … the release Luke has managed to create in 30mins is incredible!! Luke and his lush hot stone massage have worked their magic on my sticky shoulder over a number of treatments. I wasn't able to lift my arm any higher than 45degrees. I can now get it up (🤣) to near on 90degrees after treatment, this just proves Luke has worked his magic once more. Thank you Luke x.
