Rang for an emergency appointment today . I was fitted in straight away , once I explained that why I needed to be seen . I had injured my should , while training to complete a charity white collar boxing match , which I fight on Saturday . I was talked through the process and why he needed to do it! Aaron started with the sport’s massage and then finishing with the “cupping section” . Aaron made me feel so at easy , through out the session , especially knowing it was my first ever Sports massage . Aaron talked me through the after care . Would highly recommend and will be booking in again .

Where do I start….. been having work done for a few months now. Generally was a bit tight and I felt like I wasn’t standing straight. Within 3 weeks of weekly treatments and I was as l was getting pretty straight and tissue was much looser. As someone who works a physical job, train Muay Thai and do a lot of extreme sports, always been active and never thought I was too tight as such but what a difference. My day to day life seems much easier. Alisha is a star and a pleasure to talk to so I always look forward to going in for work and that makes the process easier. Cannot recommend enough!!

I have been visiting Alisha for quite a while now, and every session has been spot on, I train Muay Thai witch is quite taxing on your body, I struggled quite abit with my flexibility/ mobility, and already I am starting to see the benefits from deep tissue massage in such a short amount of time! Everything is done very professionally and made sure you know what’s happening and why, I honestly couldn’t recommend enough !

I have been struggling with piriformis issues and was in a lot of pain on my lower back when I went to see Arran. I have to say it was the best sports massage I’ve ever had. First experience of muscle scrapping and totally worth the pain. Next appointment is already booked! Thanks Arran 🙏

This was my first sports massage and Arran was very thourough and explained everything to me clearly. The pain in my neck, shoulder and arm significantly improved and hopefully will be gone in the next couple of days. I would definitely recommend.

I booked in for an urgent appointment and got seen that same day. I was struggling to walk because of the pain in my lower back and whilst I expected the issue to be in my back, I was shocked to spend most of the time working on my upper legs but afterwards I can move normally again, my flexibility is back and my pain has gone, worked like absolute magic and I've booked back in because it's the best result I've seen from a sports massage. Great Work and clearly understands how the muscle groups work together.
