Rang for an emergency appointment today . I was fitted in straight away , once I explained that why I needed to be seen . I had injured my should , while training to complete a charity white collar boxing match , which I fight on Saturday . I was talked through the process and why he needed to do it! Aaron started with the sport’s massage and then finishing with the “cupping section” . Aaron made me feel so at easy , through out the session , especially knowing it was my first ever Sports massage . Aaron talked me through the after care . Would highly recommend and will be booking in again .

Have had lower back pain for a long time, Aaron took a totally different approach with his treatment that nobody has tried before , working the cause of pain all from the legs 🦵 apparently 😳 will see how I go but feel better already. Be prepared though no pain no gain ouch but well worth it , Aaron knows what he's doing 😉. Darrel.

I have been struggling with piriformis issues and was in a lot of pain on my lower back when I went to see Arran. I have to say it was the best sports massage I’ve ever had. First experience of muscle scrapping and totally worth the pain. Next appointment is already booked! Thanks Arran 🙏

I booked in for an urgent appointment and got seen that same day. I was struggling to walk because of the pain in my lower back and whilst I expected the issue to be in my back, I was shocked to spend most of the time working on my upper legs but afterwards I can move normally again, my flexibility is back and my pain has gone, worked like absolute magic and I've booked back in because it's the best result I've seen from a sports massage. Great Work and clearly understands how the muscle groups work together.

Ben has helped me so much with my achilles injury sustained after playing football. He not only identified the problem but also helped with rehabilitation thru soft tissue massage and leg strengthening exercises to help speed up my recover. Ben was very understanding and knowledgeable about sports injuries and wouldn't hesitate to use him or recommend him in future.

The experience was very good and professional . The advice and actual therapy session was very useful and Zo can feel the benefits already. I think that that there are great opportunities working with Aaron to improve performance . There are opportunities to ask questions.
