Its not just a massage with rizz, its and educational lesson in massage therapy as he explains what hes doing not just getting to work on you and more than happy to help show you how to fix issues yourself using the techniques at home etc. great work 🤜🏼🤛🏼

Had a few problematic areas so I booked in for a VIP massage with dry cupping—and wow, what a difference! Released tension in areas I didn’t know I was holding. Great knowledge, really relaxing little set up felt comfortable- highly recommend!!

Great massage. Covered all the main areas but concentrated on those that required more attention. Very knowledgeable and gave good advice. Would highly recommend for anyone playing regular sport and I will definitely be back in the near future.

Alisha is amazing, she is welcoming, kind, and really informative, she puts you at ease straight away. Getting to know you and your injuries or concerns that you have. She provides not only great massage but advice and infomation which will help your recovery or maintainance including stretches and exercises. She talks you through everything including the massage process and the techniques which she uses such as cupping. I would highly recommend Alisha

Just had a consultation and some manual therapy. I can't recommend Core 3 Wellness enough. I've been to so many physios, osteopaths, sports massage therapists etc and this is the first time someone has taken a holistic view of all the pain and issues to come up with a plan and to try and get to the root cause of the issues instead of treating isolated pain. Everything was explained really well and in lots of detail so I can understand what's going on. I feel an improvement after this first session so I'm really looking forward to what the next few months of regular sessions bring. Thank you!

This being my first visit I appreciated the extensive pre treatment discussions, Natalie asked great questions which helped us both understand my issues and how Natalie was going to approach the treatment I received. I felt so much better for the massage and I will certainly be going back in the future, thank you.

Where do I start….. been having work done for a few months now. Generally was a bit tight and I felt like I wasn’t standing straight. Within 3 weeks of weekly treatments and I was as l was getting pretty straight and tissue was much looser. As someone who works a physical job, train Muay Thai and do a lot of extreme sports, always been active and never thought I was too tight as such but what a difference. My day to day life seems much easier. Alisha is a star and a pleasure to talk to so I always look forward to going in for work and that makes the process easier. Cannot recommend enough!!

I have been visiting Alisha for quite a while now, and every session has been spot on, I train Muay Thai witch is quite taxing on your body, I struggled quite abit with my flexibility/ mobility, and already I am starting to see the benefits from deep tissue massage in such a short amount of time! Everything is done very professionally and made sure you know what’s happening and why, I honestly couldn’t recommend enough !

I've had massages other places but they tend to just give you a massage and that's it. Riz is full of ideas for different treatments and it's clear he really knows his stuff. He's also a really nice fella who puts you at ease.
