Nikki has prepared well to enable her to reopen in the current climate and I felt confident and comfortable in the clinic setting as a result of the measures she has put in place. I’ve been having regular sports massage with Nikki very recently and I have noticed the benefits of her treatment in not only day to day life but also my training. Nikki always knows what to do and how to help my body feel refreshed and ready to go! A fantastic and worthwhile treatment! Great aftercare too to keep on top of her good work!

After being on the waiting list for carpal tunnel surgery since 2019, I visited Ribble Therapy to see if I could get some relief from the pain, as even strong pain medication was not helping. After having my (long) medical history taken and discussing the issues that my CTS was causing, from the pain and numbness, it was agreed that an intensive sports massage may help. Nikki got to work, making sure I knew what to expect after the treatment and after 5 days I had a huge improvement in my dexterity. I now have feeling in my arm again for the first time in 4 years. I’m extremely grateful.

Nikki has been giving me sports massages for a few years now to help with the aches and pains I get with my job and she has been amazing! I’m not sure how I’d carry on working without these sports massages. Excellent, worthwhile and informative first appointment. Nikki immediately located the problem areas and I feel the professional sports massage was pitched perfectly. I was issued with self help massage techniques to work on until my next appointment. Very impressed with the appointment from start to finish. Nikki was highly recommended to me by running friends and I have no hesitation in agreeing with their recommendation.

Nikki, answered a direct message query late yesterday afternoon. She fitted me in at such short notice for a sports massage today. She sent over a questionnaire and covid safety email prior to the appointment and clarified everything. My appointment today she was so professional and adhered to (She actually went above and beyond) all government protocols for both my safety and hers. Amazing sports massage night for my monthly maintenance. As a fitness instructor I keep on top of it. I always feel better after a visit to Ribble Therapy for a sports massage. Nikki is great, listens to you to understand what needs working on and I always leave feeling more relaxed. She’s is in full PPE and I mean proper PPE. A mask, visor, gloves and apron. Temperature is taken before treatment and hand sanitiser provided. I feel very safe. Thank you Nikki 🙏

Transformative massage, my back and neck feel so much better. Looked at my polar app after and it showed my usual high resting heart rate go right down during the massage. Niki also showed me how to massage my neck to help with migraines.
