Beautiful fit out. Came in to try and Hocatt machine and it did not disappoint. I felt so cleansed and more energised than how I felt when I walked in. Eliza who also took care of me from start to finish was wonderful too. Shame I don’t live in Melbourne but will be back next time.

Prudence was an excellent masseuse! I had the Aroma Detox and my husband had the Deep Dive. We both get regular deep-tissue massages back home; she did a great job of getting out my husband's aches and pains from our long flight to Melbourne, and helped me relax and ease-away the stress of travel! Every single time I come to recovery lounge, I leave feeling more impressed than the last. Yesterday we tried out the new private area/ traditional sauna, ice bath, hot magnesium bath. This was a game changer, going from cold to hot felt like you were on some beautiful island 🙏 both pools have big jet pumps for your calves making the experience so much relaxing. I could really feel the difference in how my body felt yesterday after using these facilities. I’m a big supporter of Recovery lounge, there’s nothing like it here in Melbourne, private recovery at its best :)

What a beautiful space! It’s clean, cool and has everything under the one roof. I also go to the Prahran location and had started my wellness journey there. It’s great to have two locations to choose from. The staff are so friendly and always accomodating. Parking here has always been easy too with plenty of spots on the side street free of charge.

Absolutely one of the best massage experiences I’ve had in Melbourne. The pressure, technique, and flow were perfectly balanced. You can tell the therapist is highly skilled. The space is also very calming and beautifully designed. I’ll definitely be back.

I had such a great experience at Edwards & Co Prahran with Jess. Jess was so professional, attentive, and really took the time to listen to what I wanted and made the entire appointment an enjoyable experience. The foils were applied so carefully and the overall finish looks natural and fresh. I felt really comfortable the whole appointment and left feeling so confident with my hair.
