I had a wonderful experience with Fadz today. She is personable, warm and professional which made me feel I was in very good hands from the start and I was not wrong. I had the deluxe head spa and it was amazing. I doubt that you will find the same attention to detail in any other head spas in Melbourne. I look forward to going back to try the body massage.

I had the best hair spa today! If you want the best spa hair treatment, this place is it. Easy parking right. The space is modern, calm, and beautifully designed. I was pampered for two full hours, amazing head massage, Japanese waterfall rinse, nourishing hair mask, and the best blow dry I’ve ever had. The staff were so welcoming and attentive, every detail felt thoughtful. My hair looked and felt incredible. Truly one of the best salon experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend.

Where do I start? I booked the 2 hour experience with Fadz and didn’t really read too much into it but wowee, it exceeded any expectations I had for my time at Kutsurogi. Starting with an incredible massage- Fadz really got onto my shoulders where I hold all my stress and tension- and then onto the spa element which was like nothing I’ve experienced before. The tools used created such lovely sensations and I think I nodded off at the end because it was so relaxing. It’s safe to say I’m a fan for life and will be back again and again. Thank you Fadz!

The atmosphere @Paradai Thai Massage is calming & thoughtfully arranged, creating a positive first impression. The massage itself was carried out with care, leaving me feeling noticeably more relaxed & at ease. One small challenge I experienced was the sound transmission within the space, so I could clearly hear conversations from the adjacent massage room as well as from the reception area. While this slightly affected my ability to fully unwind, it didn’t take away from the overall quality of the treatment & the kindness of the staff. All in all, a lovely experience that I would recommend!
