I recently visited Kalm Springs Brighton and I had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm and inviting. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, making sure I felt comfortable throughout my entire visit. I had the LED face treatment and an Infrared Sauna. The facilities were top-notch, with high end treatment rooms and all the amenities I could ask for. I highly recommend KSB to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat or holistic wellness services. I’ll definitely be returning for another session soon!

Such an awesome & clean space. Karmen is so welcoming when you arrive and let's you just get on with your wellness journey offering support where you need it. Do yourself a favour and take on one of her packages. My favorate is infared sauna then ice bath.

An absolute treat - as always. Sally understood what was needed after recent radiation therapy and with her care, kindness and expertise I have walked away with glowing skin and a treatment regime to get my skin back on track. I had the most beautiful first time experience at Kalm Springs. The studio itself is absolutely divine and the owner is incredibly warm and knowledgeable. She gently coached me through my breathing, which made all the difference for my first (proper) cold plunge. We started with a sauna, moved into the plunge and finished with a float — the perfect sequence. I left feeling calm, grounded and completely reset. Highly recommend!!

First time visiting Paradai, great massage. I liked that the lady doing the massage seemed to adjust the pressure she used accordingly depending on the area of the body and the muscle tension, but never felt that it was too much or too little. Will come back again! Thanks
