Fabulous. Great set up. Loved being able to have a hot soak, cold plunge and sauna in my own private space. I could make it a regular thing. The team are also lovely.

From the moment you walked into the Spa you were greeted very warmly and welcoming. Every step of the way the ladies made you feel at home and relaxed. The therapists were fantastic and next level. My therapist was amazing and very attentive to my needs; nothing was too much. It was my second time there and i definitely will be going back. I live in the western suburbs the drive was definitely worth it. I brought my girlfriend there for her birthday and she absolutely loved it as well.

The Weekday Serenity Retreat package was outstanding. The steam room and pool were a great start and the massage and facial were both fantastic. The staff were very welcoming, professional and highly skilled. I highly recommend this spa.

My best friend and I really enjoyed our 2.5 hour package for two at IOMI Spa this weekend. The fully body massage and organic body treatment was truly divine and left me feeling blissed out afterwards! Both the Beauty Therapists and IOMI Reception Staff were all a pleasure to deal with - personable, friendly and warm. Just the way we like! :) Lastly, we would like to send a special thank you to our therapists for their exceptional work, especially the massages! (It's hard to find decent Massages Therapists). Service is absolutely amazing. I just tried their newly renovated space with the magnesium hot bath, cold plunge and sauna and honestly its all amazing. I booked for 60 minutes, next time ill be booking for 90 minutes, it was just that good.

I booked a package for the first time, but def planning to try other treatments! I had the Izumi Urban Escape with Yu and it was just amazing. it included the Shiatsu massage, foot Reflexology and foot spa. My favorite was the reflexology. The staff were polite and attentive. I felt very comfortable and loved the experience!

I’ve been coming for years here, it’s honestly one of the best recovery places in all of Melbourne. The traditional sauna is elite sitting anywhere between 90-100 degrees and the 2 ice baths which are 1 metre away when you step out the sauna are sitting 4 to 7 degrees. It’s honestly the perfect recovery space and you walk away feeling brand new and rejuvenated. Jason and his team have done a phenomenal job in making this the ultimate place for recovery. Can’t wait to go again! Keep healthy!

I had the best hair spa today! If you want the best spa hair treatment, this place is it. Easy parking right. The space is modern, calm, and beautifully designed. I was pampered for two full hours, amazing head massage, Japanese waterfall rinse, nourishing hair mask, and the best blow dry I’ve ever had. The staff were so welcoming and attentive, every detail felt thoughtful. My hair looked and felt incredible. Truly one of the best salon experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend.

The staff were lovely, i had a good consultation about my hair and the head spa was relaxing. However, i had an allergic reaction to the facial which neither of us could predict! I didn't know I had any allergies. Not the head spa's fault.

Wonderful, though needs to be more clear that a hot stone massage is an option for this package please, luckily Rue was not on an amazing masseuse but very apt at identifying what I wanted. Definitely will rebook with (with her) when I'm in melbourne again.
