I’ve done lots of research before choosing a place for my pregnancy massage, and was a bit sceptical going to a Thai place but fickle the reviews I’ve decided to give it a try, my massage turned out great. The masseur was Vena. It’s also cheaper than other places around where they charge ridiculous prices. The place looks like a SPA, clean well furnished room, warm and cozy. Will go back again soon.

Paula it’s lovely, she make me a wonderful massage and give me a lot of tips, for my neck issue. She speak Spanish so also it’s a very good help for me. I definitely recommend her and the place. Thanks guys!

The service was so soothing and the staff were very friendly and amicable. It was overall a very relaxing experience, just loved how calming it was. When we entered the centre already smelled like water which I loved because usually spas can smell really strongly and it can give me a headache. I'm probably gonna come back cause it was that good. Highly recommended!

In the past I've had average experiences with male masseuse' (rough hands, too strong pressure) which has made me reluctant to trt another. However, Chris has completely undid that misconception. I had one treatment with Chris and one treatment with a Female masseuse (which I regret not getting her name) both treatments have trumped previous experiences, including the Monart spa, Ireland. I Will be back sooner rather than later

I had a lovely experience from the moment I entered. The reception is lovely and spacious yet cosy. There was fresh water available, nice music playing and plenty of seating. The decor is tasteful and uncluttered. This also carried through to the massage room where it was very clean, minimal and the lighting was comfortable. The massage itself was what I indicated, medium deep tissue that made my muscles relax and gave my body a clean slate. I felt in good hands and had a divine hot towel wipe down to get rid of the oil.

Ida was amazing! So professional and friendly from the moment I entered until I left. Would definitely recommend the Spa itself, I had a hot stone massage which was so relaxing and Ida was very respectful of certain pressures and sensitive areas which she catered to for me, which I really appreciate as that can be hard to find. Will defo be back again :)

We booked at Five Elements based on online reviews and happy we did, particularly in the current climate with so many spas operating in reduced capacity. My friend had a bliss package which was exactly what she was expecting, relaxation, great massage and soothing facial. I had a deep tissue massage of which the intensity was well managed by Chris through discussion with my needs, my neck and back felt so much better. Definitely recommend to others and looking forward to returning. Many thanks team!
