I love an infrared sauna and could happily use one a few times a week. This one was pretty good. The preset temp was a little high for me (about 61degrees) and I needed to drop it to about 56. I usually like to have a nap in infrared saunas but found it a little tough here, as I could hear chatter from the reception area. Will bring loop earplugs next visit.

🔥💥⚡💯 Great Value & Experience Lisa is the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. She truly helped release the pain and pressure in my head, I could literally open my eyes wide for the first time in ages! As someone who lives with four types of headaches 24/7, that kind of relief felt like a dream. I honestly can’t express how grateful I am. I’ll definitely be coming back. A big shout-out to the reception team too they’re always so warm, friendly, and welcoming. I’ve been in twice now: first for the sauna and ice, and second for the sauna and massage. Akasha is such a relaxing little haven.

My favourite place to visit for self care. The infrared sauna experience is so cosy and serene and to top it off super clean. I cannot recommend Mesa enough.

I absolutely love the sauna at Akasha Integrative Health – it’s clean, relaxing, and always leaves me feeling refreshed. The experience is amazing! My only tiny wish is that it was a little more affordable, but the quality definitely makes it worth it.

Incredibly relaxing. Clean and cosy space so perfect for detoxing and calming down after a big week. The sauna is always spotless and the staff and super nice and gentle. Perfect for the whole vibe of the place!! Love love love

Had the most relaxing sauna yesterday at Nimbus - it is my favourite little sanctuary in Manly! The team are just so welcoming and its all the little touches like cool facecloths and a glass of coconut water/tea post that make you always come away feeling like a VIP:)

I received a gift card for Mesa and decided to try it today. It turned out to be one of the best experiences I’ve ever had! I chose the Mesa Self-Care Experience, which included an infrared sauna, a cold plunge, and a 60-minute massage. The place is absolutely beautiful, and the staff are very kind as well.

Beautiful rooms and the best customer service. I now don’t go anywhere else. It’s almost opposite the large car park at dee why Howard avenue.

Krystal was lovely and I had a sauna it was brilliant!

Loved it, I had my first session yesterday after seeing a brochure while getting a massage. Krystal is amazing! She has so much knowledge and showed me through the facility after Krystal showed me around I decided then and there to purchase a multi sauna package and now I'll have to buy more after using two in two days with my third session booked for early next week

I love the place. Helpful staff, wonderful saunas that connect to a widescreen tv. It’s my Monday routine to purge my body of any toxins gathered on the weekend!

I’ve been coming here for a while - great sauna facilities, friendly staff and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!
