We had an amazing experience at the Kingston location!!! The massages and pedicures were great, and our technicians were so thorough and professional. I had my first ever wax experience December 31,2021 and trust me the therapist was patient and he did an excellent job. I definitely would recommend waxing because when I went in for second appointment 9/2/2022 the therapist was suprised with the minimal new growth. 10/10 will recommend

I am well satisfied with my service which included lamination, tint and wax. Great customer service, very calm and relaxing environment plus she took her time and did an excellent job. I am in love with my eyebrows!!

I had a 75-minute full body Swedish massage with Ms. Davis and it was a very relaxing experience. The ambience was calming with dim lighting and soothing water sounds. Ms. Davis was welcoming and professional and asked at the start if there were any areas I wanted her to focus on. I mentioned my shoulders, and she worked on the tension there along with my neck. I was so relaxed I even fell asleep. Definitely worth it.

My daughter had a great experience with both Trudy for waxing and Latoya for her mani / pedi. She also told me that she loved Zarya at the front.

My waxed experience was great . Yes waxing is painful but her wax was not like the rest 4/10 for pain 10/10 for service. Deff my new wax lady . She gets the job done ✅

I'm still amazed at how smooth the process was! The area was clean and Ruth-Ann made sure I was comfortable before doing anything. I felt safe the entire time and left feeling amazing!! I don't know if it was pain killers that kicked in or just how the wax was done but it wasn't as painful as I was anticipating. I'll definitely be going back 😊

A couple years ago I tried waxing my brows and had a terrible experience. From then I made the choice to not wax again, mostly because my pain tolerance is extremely low and waxing was painful. Recently decided to try again because I need my brows to look neat. Ashley did a good job, she was not aggressive and she didn’t make the experience as painful as my last. My brows are very neat and I love them. Thank you
