This was my first time getting a professional wax and she was super gentle, very encouraging and so calm. She didn’t make me feel bad about my anxiety peaking and making me sweat. It wasn’t a terrible experience. Definitely going to make this a monthly thing.

I had an amazing waxing experience! From start to finish, she made me feel completely comfortable, which was so important since I’m usually terrified of pain. She took the time to explain everything, gave me moments to breathe, and made the whole process much more manageable than I expected. Her technique and reassurance made all the difference, and I was genuinely surprised at how bearable it was. I’d give it a 10/10—definitely doing it again!

This was my first time doing a wax of any kind and Jilly made me feel so comfortable and confident. I went in expecting terrible pain but it was surprisingly bearable, going home afterwards I felt nothing like I didn’t even touch it! No itching or scratching either . 10/10 experience. Would definitely recommend

I visited Felicity Salon and Spa for the first time today, coming all the way from Montego Bay for an event this weekend; and I’m so glad I did! I’m very picky when it comes to my pedicures, so I was taking a bit of a chance, but Alicia completely exceeded my expectations. Her customer service was superb….honestly next to none. She was so patient and gentle, it almost felt like nobody was even touching my feet. And my French? Perfect. Clean, neat, and beautifully done. The entire experience was smooth and professional. I have zero complaints. Highly recommend!
