That nurse was so calm and amazing! I have read so many horror stories about that dreaded first massage and trust me, they were far from the truth. She did my first 2 massages & apart from a lil dizzy feeling and discomfort here and there, my body felt like it was being catered to. She was so gentle and accommodating. I loved her for me! We had an amazing experience at the Kingston location!!! The massages and pedicures were great, and our technicians were so thorough and professional. I love their vibrant personalities and they make you feel so comfortable if they suspect discomfort in any way. I had an amazing Swedish massage today. The atmosphere was calming with gorgeous smelling incense & aromatic oils filled the intimate setting.. The serene music added to the great ambience. The masseuse was well trained in the art of massage and made me feel totally relaxed & comfortable. It was definitely one of the best massages I have had for sure. I aim to add this lovely treat as a monthly gift to myself. 😊 Thank you 🙏🏾

It was my first visit to Haven, and I wasn’t disappointed. The massage was excellent — so relaxing that I actually drifted off at one point. She was professional and attentive throughout. The only minor note is that I could occasionally feel her nails slightly. It wasn’t painful and didn’t bother me at all, but it might be noticeable to another client. Overall, it was a great experience. I’ll definitely be back and would be happy to have the same masseuse again..
