That nurse was so calm and amazing! I have read so many horror stories about that dreaded first massage and trust me, they were far from the truth. She did my first 2 massages & apart from a lil dizzy feeling and discomfort here and there, my body felt like it was being catered to. She was so gentle and accommodating. I loved her for me! You’re doing an amazing job!

We had an amazing experience at the Kingston location!!! The massages and pedicures were great, and our technicians were so thorough and professional. I love their vibrant personalities and they make you feel so comfortable if they suspect discomfort in any way. I would definitely recommend Bodyscape Spa Kingston to anyone looking for quality service at an affordable rate, as a gift to someone for a special occasion or as a place for regular upkeep! Services received: Signature Bliss (body scrub and massage), facial, eyebrow and chin wax. Abigail was phenomenal! She does everything! I was actually able to hear my thoughts and notice where my mind went, what thoughts stood out to me and also release anything that has been weighing on me. The body scrub and massage we were fantastic! The pressure was perfect and the stretching was my favorite part, and well needed! Next was the facial. I was so relaxed I stopped feeling my body, and it was simply my soul. I am looking forward to my next appointment. Thank you so much!

Exceptional customer service the team was very friendly and welcoming did my facial and body massage there for the first time. Ms. Tenea dixon who did my facial and back massage is very excellent at what she does feeling like i make a lil bestie with her super sweet. Ms. Suzanne is like a teacher for i learned ALOT from her while she was doing my pedicure. Enjoyed the service so much 10/10 would definietly recommend. ❤️❤️

Great overall. Delay by about 45 mins from scheduled time, however the service was excellent. West was first class and great facial massage service.

Did Coffee Pedi & Reg. Mani. Massage was great, felt like the coffee scrub could have lasted a bit longer as it was like a one pass then done. Loved the rotating exfoliating device for my foot bottom which worked well. On looking at my fingers after, in the sun, the fingernail cuticle cleaning could be done better. The edges at the sides of my fingers had gaps in the polish (maybe better lighting to pay attention to small details). Host was pleasant, however, she did not introduce herself, I had to ask and then she warmed up. Very nice person, we had a good chat. I will go again.
