Good booking site, guide re payment, reminders and GPS coordinates to find the location with ease. Clean and comfortable location. Very professional, intuitive and courteous customer service. The work and result was very good. It was unfortunate the wax pot broke down at the last minute (but I was informed in advance and offered an alternative) and I would have liked to have been consulted on satisfaction with the lash look before finalisation and removal of tape (e.g. if I wanted it more full, etc.) Overall, I am a very satisfied customer and look forward to a repeat visit.

She did excellent. I loved how the makeup was done and I got compliments all day. Some even said I had the best makeup in my class. She is also very professional in the way she handles business and is very warm and welcoming when you are in her chair. Luxebeautyloft is definitely a cut above the rest. From the ambiance/decor, to the soothing background music, as well as the exceptional customer service, and of course the christmas cake! Lol! I loved it allllll! My lashes are also popping. I literally get compliments on a daily basis. I also have no tension, swelling or irritation to my eyes as well as little to no shedding of the extensions. Luxebeautyloft, y'all can have my money cuz you're definitely worth it! I will be back.
