I had a great experience getting a structure gel nail service with Shan. She was professional, attentive, and did an amazing job on my nails. They came out immaculate and looked exactly like the inspiration picture I showed her. Her attention to detail and quality of work were excellent. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that I had a bit of a wait before my appointment started. Other than that, I was very happy with the service and would definitely recommend Shan to anyone looking for beautiful, high-quality nails.

We had an amazing experience at the Kingston location!!! The massages and pedicures were great, and our technicians were so thorough and professional. I love their vibrant personalities and they make you feel so comfortable if they suspect discomfort in any way. I had an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and friendly. The ambiance was absolutely beautiful and made me feel relaxed and comfortable throughout my visit. The nail technician who did my nails was professional, attentive, and very friendly. I also had a facial wax done, and the process was smooth, gentle, and virtually pain-free. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the service and attention to detail. So I don't generally wear nails due to my lifestyle and the nature of my job. Antonette evaluated my lifestyle needs and recommended I try short almond gel-x (yes that specific lol) and they were perfec! I wore them for just over 4 weeks. Unfortunately I live in the US and to date have not found someone to get me right the way she does. So as soon as I get back I'll be heading right to her chair.

This is my second time coming to thenailplaceja and when I tell you, I am so impressed by the level of detail and skill and professionalism that Shanida puts into her work as a nail artist. I always leave absolutely loving my nails and just feeling so fab. Getting my nails done just feels so easy and stress free.
