We had an amazing experience at the Kingston location!!! The massages and pedicures were great, and our technicians were so thorough and professional. I love their vibrant personalities and they make you feel so comfortable if they suspect discomfort in any way. Always a PLEASURE working with Sharon. I first used her in 2009 when I was getting married. I was gifted with a Spa Treatment elsewhere and was gravely disappointed with the manicure done. Sharon corrected same and I have NEVER used anyone else since then. Did Coffee Pedi & Reg. Mani. Massage was great, felt like the coffee scrub could have lasted a bit longer as it was like a one pass then done. Loved the rotating exfoliating device for my foot bottom which worked well. On looking at my fingers after, in the sun, the fingernail cuticle cleaning could be done better. The edges at the sides of my fingers had gaps in the polish (maybe better lighting to pay attention to small details). Host was pleasant, however, she did not introduce herself, I had to ask and then she warmed up. Very nice person, we had a good chat. I will go again.
