Everything about my appointment was great! My Therapist was a pleasure - Nadira, she was very pleasant and soft on the hands. This was my first time waxing and my anxiety walked right out the door after my conversation with Blessing (manager of the spa), I was at ease from then and through my session. The spa has a lovely, calming atmosphere, but its location between two slightly rundown buildings diminishes the initial impression. Despite my initial hesitation, I found the facial treatment and massage to be extremely relaxing. I particularly appreciated the pedicure setup downstairs, and the staff were friendly. However, I suggest enhancing the welcome experience with drinks or snacks to create a more relaxing vibe from the moment guests arrive.

No bad days with Ozana. A huge fan of her brand and work ethics. She gives the best massages during facials and the best professional skincare advice too. She’s gentle with her extractions and never gets tired of saying sorry and making me feel comfortable.

I had a beautiful experience, even though it was my first time getting facials and waxing. I truly enjoyed both the service and the overall experience. When my card declined at payment, I was given time to relax and resolve the issue, which I appreciated. After my treatments, I was able to rest for a while before starting my journey back home. And yes, I got home safely a few minutes ago. Thank you!

I had an amazing experience at my session! Although it was a bit tricky finding the exact address on the street, the team was very helpful in guiding me. During facials, I usually experience a lot of pain and sensitivity, but at Skin&Beyond, the treatment was so gentle and soothing that I actually ended up falling asleep. Ozana was incredibly skilled and precise with her technique, showing great care all through. The ambiance was good, soothing scents, and everything from the towels to the sheet was clean and pristine. I also got complimentary products. i look forward to visiting again

I also bought shampoo and conditioner at 20000 nayra you didn’t mention it in the email 😅, My comment that your staff are professional and friendly but your material need to be cleaned like the sheet that you put on the clients when you color the hair and the towels smells not good.. otherwise everything was good and for sure will come back in the future , thank you.

Service was excellent from beginning to end. The wax therapist was knowledgeable, and also made me comfortable throughout the process. When I come to Lagos this is my go to spot for my woman monthly maintenance.
