Been coming to this salon for over a year now, even I moved to the next town and I still come to Coventry for my beauty treatments because Shaf is so lovely, empathetic and kind hearted person. Definitely feel as though I’m in good hands, treated with respect and we always have a lovely chat together. I know she’s opening a new salon soon and I can’t wait to see how it is. ❤️

My first visit and Shaf was very welcoming. Happy with eyebrow threading. Patch test done for future tints.

Great service, had an eyebrow threading and it was very good, and the customer service was also very good.

Shafaq was very sweet and kind. I had eyebrow and upperlip threading which was done very well with minimal pain. Was an amazing experience and I would definitely come again!

The staff are very friendly and professional. My eyebrows are always perfectly threaded everytime!
