Been coming to this salon for over a year now, even I moved to the next town and I still come to Coventry for my beauty treatments because Shaf is so lovely, empathetic and kind hearted person. Definitely feel as though I’m in good hands, treated with respect and we always have a lovely chat together. I know she’s opening a new salon soon and I can’t wait to see how it is. ❤️

The nail lady was very nice and offered me a drink. I wasn't happy with the colour I had chosen but she put an extra coat on them in a paler tone and it remedied the problem. So all in all I was quite happy with the end result.

Amazing service and lovely people. I felt at ease and comfortable during my leg wax and my eyelash tinting. Shaf was super lovely and kind and made the whole experience the best. Booked in for a neck and shoulder massage, lash lift and tint. It was my first time visiting J'adore and I can definitely say I will be back. Kuljits massage was amazing one of the best I have had to date, and I have had a few, I will definitely be rebooking for the full body as my next treat. Well done ladies keep up the good work :)
