This is a 5.0 star review. My stylist was ANDY. I have had many bad experiences with hair cut services. I have necessitated only 2 visits to hospital emergency since living in Metro Vancouver. Both were the result of a bad experience at a salon or barber. I can't disclose the specific issues treated by compassionate doctors, but they were true emergencies that couldn't wait for a walk-in clinic the next day. To me it is thus necessary to protect myself against bad behaviour. Andy EXCEEDED expectations results wise and is the most attentive and respectful stylist I've ever met.

Today she did a lemon themed design for my mani+pedi and it is one of my favourites — so fresh, bright, clean, and perfectly done. She really takes her time and makes sure everything looks flawless. BT was super nice and welcoming throughout the appointment! I got anime/manhua style lashes and I absolutely love how they turned out. She also took the time to walk me through the aftercare and maintenance which I really appreciated as it made me feel comfortable and informed. The little freebies were such a sweet touch too 🫶 Overall a really good experience and I’d definitely come back!
