Stacey is great, the most loveliest person. Love getting my massages and always look forward to my next ones. She used some balm on me today to help with my eczema and my skin feels great nice and soft. So not only is she helping me with my pain she’s also helping me with my skin. Highly, highly recommended Stacey. 🤍

What a wonderful afternoon at Maitri’s open day today 🥰 Alison & all her amazing team worked so hard looking after us with hot drinks, pizza & cakes 🍰 I had an amazing back, neck & shoulder massage & took a lovely relaxing meditation session 🧘‍♂️ I can’t recommend Maitri enough 🙏 xx

I walked into Maitri today feeling low & full of muscular pain & left feeling so much better & so chilled out! 🤗 I had an amazing mini back, neck & shoulder massage & a lush express facial by Kerrie who was so friendly & professional ☺️ I feel so much better & looking forward to my next therapy! Another amazing treatment from Mike today. Not only is he exceptionally knowledgeable, but he also took the time to understand my specific needs and areas of tension. His professional approach and expertise were evident throughout the session, which made me feel comfortable at all times The massage itself was incredibly effective, and I could immediately feel the difference Mike also provided helpful advice on stretches and self-care techniques that I could incorporate into my routine. Awesome deep tissue massage that targeted all the right problem areas. Liam was thorough and professional making sure the massage was tailored to my needs. I’m a crossfit enthusiast so often have massages for rehab. I have struggled to find a good sports massagetherapist until now! Thanks Liam.

Deep tissue massage it hurt a lot but it was worth it. . I went in struggling to bend to put my shoes on due to stiffness in my lower back. After the massage my back is a lot better. Looking forward to my next appointment. Thanks Evie. Xx

Word’s can’t describe how brilliant Yasien is. Analyses your body and focuses on what needs to be worked on and healed. I get the deep tissue massage and it has left me feeling 10/10 every time. Not only do you get great service, massages etc but you leave with knowledge on how to treat your body and how to look after yourself. Amazing experience as always! Jenny is extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly, I knew I was in safe hands figuratively and literally. During the session Jenny completed a verbal and then a physical assessment to identify the problem areas. Throughput the session everything was explained very clearly, from the root causes of my issue to the rehabilitation plan. A family member recommended Jenny to me and I would also recommend her to anyone who reads this review and is in need of physiotherapy, sports massage etc.

I have had loads of different treatments of Evie ranging from facials to lymphatic drains and massages, not only is she amazing at what she does putting you at ease and ensuring you relax, she is just the loveliest soul. Would recommend to everyone. Xx
