Great experience, Joey has excellent attention to detail. I had the deep tissue full body massage with the hot bamboo sticks. He really worked deep into the tissue and the hot bamboo sticks were a good addition. I’ve felt the benefits of the massage over the days since. I would highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing sports massage of Michael . Ive been in so much pain an now feeling like a weight been lifted off my shoulders he gone to detail on everything that was wrong in diffrent parts of my body an worked on making it better. Not only has he done my sports massage hes gaven me physio I need to work on at home . An will be keep an eye on my progress. 100 percent I would recommend him to everyone. From the post booking call through to the massage itself Rico was amazing. So kind and thoughtful. I booked in at the MMA gym (which isn’t for everyone, but I gym here and love it). I had knee replacement surgery a year ago, Rico had done his homework and managed to work out my kinks and also gave me some stretching homework to do before the next appointment (of which I’m sure there will be many!). Brilliant, thank you so much Rico!

Awesome deep tissue massage that targeted all the right problem areas. Liam was thorough and professional making sure the massage was tailored to my needs. I’m a crossfit enthusiast so often have massages for rehab. I have struggled to find a good sports massagetherapist until now! Thanks Liam.

Word’s can’t describe how brilliant Yasien is. Analyses your body and focuses on what needs to be worked on and healed. I get the deep tissue massage and it has left me feeling 10/10 every time. Not only do you get great service, massages etc but you leave with knowledge on how to treat your body and how to look after yourself. Amazing experience as always!
