Wonderful massage and cupping. I had muscle soreness due to lifting too many boxes of books and Julia definitely soothed this. I also have some chronic pain due to arthritis and am sure the cupping helped with that too.

I had a full body Swedish massage which was fantastic, I'd highly recommend. Julia patiently kneaded all the knots in my shoulders and back, the overall massage was a mixture of pain and pleasure as I was tense and achy (from gym sessions in the week) and that was pleasantly massaged out of me! l felt very zen afterwards. Maitri is such a calming and welcoming place, I look forward to my next visit.

A perfect way to relax! I had the pleasure and indulgence of booking the special 2.5 hr treatment with Kerrie and Alison. Kerry gave me a much needed deep tissue massage, face massage and Alison finished with reflexology. I have to say I went in very tense and left the opposite. I was so relaxed that I actually forgot what relaxed felt like, I came home, drank some water and fell asleep for 1.5 hrs!!! I have booked in for an hour in 4 weeks as it will really help with my muscle tension and tendernes. I would highly recommend Maitri, the staff are amazing, so caring and welcoming.

Warm welcome and cosy surroundings. The smell of organic oils and low lighting.. bliss! Deep tissue massage and bespoke facial was the perfect combination t send me floating out the door. Sharon was very experienced and put me at ease straight away. I left with my own bespoke blend of oils and lots of follow up advice. Such a hidden gem 💎 loved every minute of it.

Been a long time since I've had a massage from Stacey, my body was in so much need of one. Had my massage this morning and feel lots better in myself, body feels so light and my back pain has gone, thank you Stacey can't wait for my next massage.
