I'm really happy I visited Lucy at Novu Harrogate. I needed some good gel application for my weakened nails. She was gentle and meticulous with cuticle work, gave me great advice, and applied BIAB with care and precision. I was also served tea and biscuits, and even though I was a last-minute client on a Friday night, I didn't feel rushed. The place is clean and looks professional too.

I have been to many different lash tech over the year but the only ones that have lasted and actually look good is the sets done by Louise best lashes tech in Harrogate, she also make you feel so comfortable when getting the treatment

Just had the BEST facial with Becca and I am obsessed! She is so good at what she does — super knowledgeable but also just makes you feel totally comfortable the whole time. I was so relaxed I could’ve taken a nap right there. My skin feels amazing and I left literally glowing. Becca has the magic touch and I can’t wait to go back. Faultless and enjoyable session RF microneedling with exosomes. Hardly any down time at all. Initially a little ‘flushed’ but back to normal almost within the hour. Highly recommend.

Vicky did an amazing job again with my lashes. This must how a caterpillar feels after a metamorphosis- I feel like a butterfly after my appointments coming out of the salon. I've come back here for years and will do in the future, hopefully more often. Looking forward to see the place after the refurb.

I have been going to Rachael for my treatments for around 6-7 months now, she is a perfectionist and I always come away happy with the service I have received. Today was no exception when I had my nails done.

Very friendly staff. Alex who was my beauty therapist today was very lovely & friendly. Deffo will be coming back again x

I couldn’t rate this more! I’m 8 months pregnant and my back and pelvis have been so sore and have been looking for alternative treatments as pregnancy massages weren’t really working for me. Rebecca was welcoming, professional and provided such a lovely calm relaxing experience. I came out feeling so zen and the pain in my hips was so much better. Recommend! :) x
