One of the best massages I’ve ever had and I’ve had quite a few Thai massages. What sets Urai apart is her ability to read your body, knowing exactly when to apply deeper pressure and when a gentler touch is needed. I arrived feeling quite unwell, with significant tension in my neck and back that was even making me feel sick. By the time I left, I felt far more relaxed and noticed an immediate improvement. Urai also understood that a very deep massage wouldn’t have helped in my case and could have made things worse rather than better.

I'm really happy I visited Lucy at Novu Harrogate. I needed some good gel application for my weakened nails. She was gentle and meticulous with cuticle work, gave me great advice, and applied BIAB with care and precision. I was also served tea and biscuits, and even though I was a last-minute client on a Friday night, I didn't feel rushed. The place is clean and looks professional too.

Lucy was lovely and very professional I would return again when in Harrogate to have my nails done.

Had the most overdue, amazing back, neck, shoulder and head massage with Becca. I suffer with the most awful tension and pain in these areas, after an hour of Becca working her absolute magic, I felt like a new woman waking up the next day.
