I'm really happy I visited Lucy at Novu Harrogate. I needed some good gel application for my weakened nails. She was gentle and meticulous with cuticle work, gave me great advice, and applied BIAB with care and precision. I was also served tea and biscuits, and even though I was a last-minute client on a Friday night, I didn't feel rushed. The place is clean and looks professional too.

Just had a wonderful facial and eyebrow tint. Facial was wonderful and so relaxing included a lovely head neck and shoulder/ arm massage which was extra treat. Im so pleased with my eyebrow tint ...i have a fuller eyebrow now which im so happy about. Ana talked me though every part of treatments which was very reassuring. Laila is amazing! I went her for my nails and brows and I’m in love. I have really short nails from biting them and laila’s makes them look 10/10 every time I go. I’m also really picking about my brows and I have never let anyone touch them until laila did them and I will never go back. Her brows are unreal!!! I would 100000% recommend her.
