The salon was very clean, and in full compliance with COVID-19 government safety measures. Front of house staff, was very pleasant and helpful. Alessia was warm and friendly and very quick. Great service all round.

Rachel was a great waxing therapist, making sure I was comfortable and the wax wasn't too hot. She was really friendly and personable too, and we had a nice chat (which I feel can make it less awkward when you're getting a bikini wax). She did a great job too, I'm now as smooth as a seal! And for a very good price.

No matter which person attends you, they are all very professional and use great techniques to ensure the pain is at minimum when waxing or threading. The level of expertise is apparent when the whole process finishes, I have been numerous times and will continue as they are one of the very best around the South West London area. I travel from Morden to tooting but i know lots of others travelling far to get here!

I had a wonderful experience at Saajna Ladies only with Ashna. Even though I had concerns and was sceptical as my skin is very sensitive, Ashna was very patient, reassuring, calm, laborious, and skilful. I believe all these qualities are attributes that reflect an individual's dedication and professional ethic, commitment to her job. I was seen on time for my appointment, and I was pleased to observe the health and safety; hygiene was respected in my waxing and threading sessions. I will certainly rebook with Ashna's for her professional expertise and excellent customer service.
