I had my first waxing appointment here today and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Loukia was so welcoming, friendly, and professional, which immediately put me at ease. She explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. The beaity room was clean, relaxing, and had a lovely atmosphere. I'll definitely be going back and would highly recommend to anyone, especially if it's your first time having a wax!

Went here today for a full leg, bikini and underarm wax. Outstandingly clean. Very Professional and most of all Loukia is very welcoming. I did say I would return. My new therapist. Nisha was very kind and respectful. However, my appointment was scheduled for an hour, but the entire session took about 45 minutes. I waited a long time for the numbing cream to take effect and the microneedling treatment seemed really short. I expected the treatment itself to take longer, especially since it was for my entire face. I felt like the device didn't move around my face enough, which made me wonder if the treatment was done enough. I paid for the full 6 sessions at once, so I was a little disappointed and would appreciate a little more explanation. Regards, S.D

Would recommend as Hana and the shop is lovely however didn’t realise for callous removal which I assumed was apart of the deluxe dry pedicure is an extra charge essentially just paid to have my toe nails painted.
