Rosita is one of the nicest ladies I've ever come across in the beauty field. She is so accommodating and friendly and has a warm welcoming and highly professional manner. I went for a brow lamination and henna tint and shape and she absolutely slayed my brows! She transformed my face and gave me so much confidence. She was so accommodating to my needs and was happy to work around my schedule which is a rarity when it comes to booking beauty appointments. She also maintains a safe, hygienic and calming work space. I will be going back to her for semi permanent makeup in the very near future!

Rachel was a great waxing therapist, making sure I was comfortable and the wax wasn't too hot. She was really friendly and personable too, and we had a nice chat (which I feel can make it less awkward when you're getting a bikini wax). She did a great job too, I'm now as smooth as a seal! I booked a full body aromatherapy message and felt very welcome. The massage room itself, was darkened and had a lovely warm ambience along with soothing music. I didn't know what to expect, I was really pleased that questions were asked babout medical conditions beforehand and my level of comfort was checked throughout. I felt amazing afterwards, very calm and relaxed. I would highly recommend Beautypac, it's a hidden gem in Stockwell!
