The salon was very clean, and in full compliance with COVID-19 government safety measures. Front of house staff, was very pleasant and helpful. Alessia was warm and friendly and very quick. Great service all round.

Rachel was a great waxing therapist, making sure I was comfortable and the wax wasn't too hot. She was really friendly and personable too, and we had a nice chat (which I feel can make it less awkward when you're getting a bikini wax). She did a great job too, I'm now as smooth as a seal! And for a very good price.

Went into Thai Spa for a waxing treatment (eyebrows and bikini). Both were really done with good temperature wax and very delicate touch. Will definitely come back.

Had a wonderfully relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable Elemis Superfood facial with Madalina. She assessed the condition of my skin and went through with me any skin concerns I had before commencing. Really enjoyed the facial, scalp, neck arm massage. Even the aroma of some of Elemis products was lovely …. in fact the whole experience was! My face was left looking radiant & relaxed, plus my visible pores were reduced. The receptionist (don’t know her name) was very pleasant! If ever I’m in Kensington I would definitely consider visiting again!

The warmth of the place and its people will make you enjoy your visit and come back again and again. I went there with some horribly looking nails as I have the awful habit to bite them when I'm stressed. Kat did her magic and now not only they are clean, free from cuticles and annoying rough surfaces but also look amazing! She really took her time to treat my nails and perfected them with cute designs. Can't wait to go back for more!
