Farzana is the sweetest, most attentive therapist I've met since moving to London 20yrs ago. Everyone in the salon area welcoming and makes you feel at home. My lashes have lasted in good condition for 5 weeks. I've booked and going back today and I can't recommend enough.

Overall a great service, eyebrow waxing, tinting and full bikini wax. Eyebrows look fantastic. Beauty therapist was really good. I was disappointed to see there wasn't a "no double dipping" policy however. I think this would be a great addition to a lovely salon.

I had my first waxing appointment with Sam and it was such a positive experience from start to finish. She immediately put me at ease, took the time to explain the process, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. The treatment was much quicker and more comfortable than I expected, and her attention to detail was amazing. If you're considering booking your first wax, I highly recommend Sam. She's incredibly skilled, welcoming, and genuinely cares about making the experience as stress-free as possible. I'll definitely be returning for future appointments!

Yilmaz is at the top of the London hair cutting and styling business. I went in today looking and feeling very low after a recent bereavement. Had a lovely waxing experience! The owner was so warm and welcoming, even offering me a drink before we started. She was patient and reassuring throughout the wax, making me feel really comfortable. She also took the time to explain the aftercare and gave me helpful maintenance tips. Fantastic service, local to me, and I'll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

We got a facial , threading and waxing walk- in appt. Bhoni did most of the work. She was very professional and her facial tech were traditional. She did waxing too and certainly knew what she was doing. However, the salon was not clean at all. One could see hair almost everywhere and on everything. The nail section was dusty , the floor was full of chopped hair. The facial room’s music was too loud.the lights were working. They charged quite a heavy amount , but the feel of customer-importance was missing. The noise from the reception very frequently disrupted the facial room.
