I’m currently in london for exams and decided to look for the nearest place that offers waxing. Found this one and booked in, Btissam was the therapist and she was so lovely and cheerful. She was very skilled and followed all my weird directions of growth without me mentioning anything! Excellent service very quick, very efficient. Lovely lady. Thank you ♥️♥️

These ladies are just amazing! All the treatments I have had so far (manicure, pedicure and waxing) have been the best!! I can’t even decide which treatment was the best because all of them were to such a high standard. I must say I am always very worried about trying a new place for waxing but Jana did such an amazing job that made waxing look so easy and painless! Thank you so much ladies, I have now found my go to beautician in London!!

The hair scalp experience was fantastic and so relaxing. My scalp and hair feel extremely clean and free of buildup. I had an amazing experience at Shape Zone London! The customer service from all the staff was outstanding, making me feel comfortable and well taken care of. I highly recommend trying the Lycon hot wax, as it provides a much less painful experience compared to strip waxing. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place for waxing!

This place is absolutely amazing, I arrived stressed and disheveled and emerged hours later looking and feeling like a different person! The staff are so lovely (and were very tolerant of my frantically trying to send last minute pre-holiday emails mid treatment) and all the services I booked (haircut & blowdry, full body wax, gel pedicure, BIAB, massage) were top class. And on top of that, the memberships are probably the best bargain in London right now - I thought it was too good to be true until my lovely experience today! Run don’t walk!

Best manicure in london!! Asked for a russian manicure and biab infill. Im very fussy about precision and need to make sure cuticles are well done and that both the gel and varnish are applied all the way to the cuticle and wrapped around the nail. And this salon delivered perfection! Will deffo be coming back again!
