I had a wonderful massage at Rose and River with Emma yesterday. Before my appointment, I filled out a really thoughtful questionnaire, so Emma knew exactly what I was looking for and could tailor the treatment perfectly. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm, friendly, and welcoming. The massage room was beautifully decorated, with calming music that made it easy to unwind and switch off. Emma was fantastic — she understood exactly how to work with my sore muscles after a week of teaching Pilates and running. I left feeling serene, cared for, and completely rejuvenated.

I have just experienced a wonderful aromatherapy massage from Daniel. This was definitely one of the best treatments I've had. He took time to ensure I was comfortable, warm enough and that the pressure was okay for me. I always go to Silk and Honey when I'm in Forest Hill because they do my eyebrow tint better than any other salon. The attention to detail is impressive. No cutting corners like so many high street salons. They are fastidious!
