I love this place. The staff are very friendly, but also sensitive to the times when you have an appointment at the end of the day, and are too tired for conversation. I have seen multiple practitioners for cuts, colour, and many of the esthetician services, and have always been pleased. I shopped around when I first came to Toronto before I found a place I was satisfied with.

Had the most incredible experience at Royal York Spa! A huge thank you to Anya for the kind invitation and for giving me the best facial ever. My skin feels absolutely refreshed and glowing. The facial included the most relaxing face, scalp, shoulders, and décolleté massage — pure bliss from start to finish. To top it all off, Anya surprised me with a freshly made juice and a beautiful handmade cream she created herself. Such a thoughtful and luxurious touch. Can’t wait to be back!

Venus and Victoria Salon & Spa is a great place with easy online appointment booking, excellent service, and friendly staff. They truly take care of you completely. It was such a meaningful experience to enjoy a wonderfully relaxing facial with Olivera’s beautiful son’s personal influences and touches in the mix!
