From the moment you walk through the green leafy archway entrance you feel like you’ve been transported to a heavenly bubble. The earthy and calming environment soaks through your senses as you leave your footwear at the threshold and enter the white foyer. The treatment itself was magical. I had the privilege of being treated by Sim and the reveal experience couldn’t be described as anything but surreal in the most amazing way. I felt my spirit lifting, my soul calming and my energy recalibrating. Truly exceptional - having tried almost all of “Sydney’s best” this is a bar above them ALL!

Wonderful massage. It was a cold day and their was a heater in the room and the bed had some kind of warmer under the sheet - so cozy! The therapist checked in regularly and the masssage was both therapeutic and relaxing.

I booked the Signature Facial, and from the moment I walked in, everything felt calm, welcoming, and serene. Kylie’s service was exceptional- professional, warm, and deeply attentive. She has a real gift for making you feel completely at ease. The facial itself was deeply relaxing, tailored to my skin’s needs, and left my skin hydrated. But more than that, I left feeling truly nurtured and cared for, both inside and out.

Absolutely loved my experience at The Heal Zone! From the moment I walked in, the space felt calm, clean, and private—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. I tried the sauna and ice bath combo, and it was honestly the best reset I’ve had in a long time. Everything was self-serve but super easy to use, and I appreciated not having to rush or share the space with strangers. The 70min plus 40min session was just the right amount of time to switch off and recharge. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a peaceful wellness escape in Avalon! Certainly coming back with membership. Thanks

Pressure was perfect and all up just such a nice and relaxed experience!

Enjoyed the sauna and ice bath and was left feeling revived afterwards. Entire experience was wonderful aside from the fact that you find yourself having to shower up to ten times, every time before getting in the ice bath. This was a little annoying but all in all I had a good experience.

Always a great experience, lovely space and awesome sauna/ice bath. Highly recommend
