There is no place like Sôlt Haus. The beautiful ambience and how welcomed I feel when I step through the doors. The hygiene is immaculate. The salt sauna is so relaxing and feels great for my muscles after a gym session. Highly recommend.

Probably the best massage I’ve ever had- a big thank you to the therapist Elle. Really clean and calm space, and feeling very relaxed & grounded after my lymphatic massage. Highly recommend, for both relaxation and restoring the body. Professional, relaxing, will absolutely be back.

Such a beautiful, calming space. Had a busy weekend and felt drained, so booked this 45 min sauna, and it has totally changed my day. The owner Jen is so knowledgeable on all things Sauna and wellness.

Beautiful experience at Sôlt Haus today. The space is clean, calm and welcoming, and the infrared sauna with halotherapy adds another level of relaxation. A great addition to the Northern Beaches wellness scene. Thank you Jen for creating such a special place in Mona Vale. We will be back.

Simone was amazing! I was very tense in my body with a lot on my mind and Simone eased it all. Using a mix of relaxing movements and pressure to release tension I feel great! I wish I lived closer so that I could see her again. 10/10 Simone thank you ❤️

Wonderful massage. It was a cold day and their was a heater in the room and the bed had some kind of warmer under the sheet - so cozy! The therapist checked in regularly and the masssage was both therapeutic and relaxing.
