From the moment you walk through the green leafy archway entrance you feel like you’ve been transported to a heavenly bubble. The earthy and calming environment soaks through your senses as you leave your footwear at the threshold and enter the white foyer. The treatment itself was magical. I had the privilege of being treated by Sim and the reveal experience couldn’t be described as anything but surreal in the most amazing way. I felt my spirit lifting, my soul calming and my energy recalibrating. Truly exceptional - having tried almost all of “Sydney’s best” this is a bar above them ALL!

I had never been to a sauna before and it was such a lux and relaxing experience! Some me time they was definitely needed just to pause and receive . I even surprised myself and did the cold plunge also! Such a beautiful fit out . Really felt like I was on vacay somewhere on the Amalfi coast 😍

Probably the best massage I’ve ever had- a big thank you to the therapist Elle. Really clean and calm space, and feeling very relaxed & grounded after my lymphatic massage. Highly recommend, for both relaxation and restoring the body. Professional, relaxing, will absolutely be back.

Beautiful experience at Sôlt Haus today. The space is clean, calm and welcoming, and the infrared sauna with halotherapy adds another level of relaxation. A great addition to the Northern Beaches wellness scene. Thank you Jen for creating such a special place in Mona Vale. We will be back.

Absolutely loved my experience at The Heal Zone! From the moment I walked in, the space felt calm, clean, and private—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. I tried the sauna and ice bath combo, and it was honestly the best reset I’ve had in a long time. Everything was self-serve but super easy to use, and I appreciated not having to rush or share the space with strangers. The 70min plus 40min session was just the right amount of time to switch off and recharge. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a peaceful wellness escape in Avalon! Certainly coming back with membership. Thanks
